Waiting for rain. . .

On Saturday and Sunday we put in our garden and the fence. Here master gardener Jaimé and Abdisalan plant one of our "green" seed tapes--constructed of toilet tissue, washable school glue and seeds. We got tons of work done and had lots of help both days. We will probably get back on our regularly scheduled gardening time of 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, starting this week on June 3. We still have a few extra peppers to plant, put some finishing touches on the fence, and water the garden, if it doesn't rain before then.
